While no investment is completely risk free, PrivateFunding.pro has implemented a meticulous and comprehensive due diligence process that continues to serve our current and future investors' financial interest.

Underwriting Criteria *


> Equity Cusion with a maximum of 65% LTV or less

> Exact location of collateral

> Market trends in the collateral’s local area

> Physical condition of the collateral

> Financial condition and history of the borrower

> Debt service capacity of the borrower

> Debt service capacity of the collateral if it is income producing

> Use of Funds.  What will the loan proceeds be used for? 

> Exit strategy.  How will the new loan be paid off before the loan matures?

*To midigate overall risk, additional underwriting criteria may be implemented on each unique transaction as needed.
